SHAMANIC JOURNEYS

 

SHAMANIC JOURNEY

Being a Druid I am adept in the art of the Shamanic Journey. This can be in a group or as an individual.

Shamanic Journeys are a way of exploring oneself; healing, dreaming and attuning.

There will be a Shamanic Journey evening the first Monday of each month, and if you are interested please email me for more details

I also do private journeys, and these are recorded onto CD so that you can keep them for future use.

If you cannot come and see me (because you are overseas or out of town) I can discuss with you what you need and create a journey for you.

You may just need a relaxation guided meditation, something to help you sleep.

As you know I am a strong believer in that the phases of the Moon affect our moods and way of being. By tracking for six months how you feel on various days can be a valuable tool. I have created this six month spreadsheet with a colour code. If you do this for six months at the end you will see a coloured pattern and know when you are at your strongest, your most creative, your weakest, your most vulnerable.
